Are shipping prices included in the price?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all standard orders! Please refer to our Conditions Of Sale for full details on shipping terms, sales tax, import duties & more.

How long does shipping take?

Orders received are processed within 24-48 hours. In order to bring you the latest styles at the best prices, we often use international suppliers which means once the order has been processed shipping should take the indicated amount of time on our Shipping Information page.

How are shipping times calculated?

Shipping times will vary depending on the item selected, stock availability, your location and whether there are any seasonal occasions during the shipping period (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Canada Day etc.) Shipping times are estimates only.

I would like to receive my order faster, is this possible?

If you would like your order faster, please contact us as we may be able to provide alternative options on a case by case basis.  

I have ordered various items on the same order, will they arrive together at the same time?

As we use different suppliers for different items, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages at different times. 

Can you ship to USA, Europe or rest of world? 

We are able to ship to our customers based in Canada, USA, Mexico, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Republic Of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, India, Japan, New Zealand & Russia. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to a high volume of orders we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time and all items are final sale. Please make sure to use our sizing charts and to select the correct size and colour for you. You will be given a chance to review your choices prior to submitting your order. Please contact us at with any sizing related questions prior to ordering.

Help! My item arrived and is damaged/defective and/or incorrect - what do I do?

Don't panic, on rare occasions we understand that these things can happen!

Please email within 24 hours of the item being delivered with the details and we will be happy to assist you in obtaining a replacement.
